Please indicate the year, make and cc size of your bike so I can ensure you get the correct size kit for your application.

Remove dents from your 2 stroke pipe using your air compressor and a heat source. Contains parts to seal off both ends of the pipe, including an air valve on one end. Dents can be removed by applying air pressure and gently heating the damaged area. The increase in air pressure in the pipe pushes the dent outwards.

Built-in 100 psi pressure gauge to monitor the pressure inside the pipe during dent removal offering additional safety. Lesser tools don’t have these.

Pipe can be heated with mapp gas or propane torch but oxy/acetylene is preferred.

FITMENT NOTES: Universal fit on header end for modern pipes. Measure your pipe prior to ordering and/or include the bike year, make and cc size in notes to store upon purchase. This way I can make sure you receive the correct size for your application.

NOTES REGARDING FITMENT:
1) This kit has been designed to only fit KTM 65cc and 85cc 2 stroke pipes. The KTM 65 (2009 and newer) power valves are opened pneumatically by the exhaust gas pulses. Due to this design YOU will have to cap this port in the pipe manually yourself. We are still investigating this port and until we get our hands on or photos of this port, we don’t have a solution for capping included in the kit. This kit will not fit the rare FMF “SST” stamped pipe. The SST stinger end has a larger diameter and must be milled on a custom order. Please send us a message (sales@rjsmfg.com).
