Orders

Once you complete your order by clicking on the ‘place order’ button, your order is confirmed and is final.

Payments
  1. Payment methods other than what is currently showing on the website must be approved by RJ Sumner Manufacturing LLC (RJS Mfg) in advance and the customer must re-approve the terms and conditions.
  2. We cannot in any way take responsibility for a payment that has been made using information that belongs to the customer.
  3. In any non-payment of an invoice or order can lead to the suspension to make further orders. Also, any non-payment can lead to additional charges on top of the invoice amount.
  4. Payments which are not received within the due date of the invoice can be settled by law with an interest rate.
Delivery
  1. Each delivery gets checked by RJS Mfg to determine which carrier is best for the customer and will continue to be designated by RJS Mfg.
  2. Our products that are shipped are always picked up by the carrier. So, if any damage is noted upon receipt of the goods, the Customer must lodge a complaint with the carrier.
  3. Delivery dates are always estimated on the date of receiving the order and can always change due to unforeseen circumstances. If delivery is delayed without regard to RJS Mfg, the Customer cannot cancel the sale in any way. If RJS Mfg knows about it and informs the Customer of the situation, a new delivery date will be imposed. 
  4. If the delivery is refused without reason, RJS Mfg may require a fee.
Guarantee and Returns

Since the items we sell are tools, we DO NOT accept any returns. Please make absolutely sure what you are buying will work for your situation. We are here to help before AND after your purchase! We want to ensure that you are 100% happy with your purchase.

We guarantee the item is as described upon receipt. We rely on you to tell us what bike year, make and model you are working on so we can ensure fitment. In the cases of a fitment issue, we will gladly work with you to make sure you get the parts you need. This will be done on a case-by-case basis. If we made the mistake, we will take care of it. If it was a communication error on your end, we will only charge you reasonable costs to exchange or replace the items you need for your kit.

To assist you with a fitment issue, we require a receipt or proof of purchase from us.

There is ONE situation where a refund will be granted: Any item that has not yet been shipped.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange your item, send us an email at sales@rjsmfg.com and you will need to ship your item to the state of Oregon, USA (We will provide additional details via email).

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning any items for exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We do not charge a restocking fee if the item being exchanged is in brand new, unused condition.

If you are exchanging an item, we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. This is for both of ours protection. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item unless you have coverage.
